This is the second phase of the condo remodel for this customer! Gutted this 1980's galley kitchen! Decreased the height of the fir down/soffit to increase the height of the wall cabinets. Scraped the ceilings, changed the recess lights to LED, added LED tape under-cabinet lighting, removed the tile floor and installed engineered hardwood matching the existing hardwood flooring in the dining room and living room. Installed Custom Cabinets all wood painted Maple wood cabinets with beaded Shaker style doors and drawers. Installed soft close hinges and soft close drawer guides. Installed pullout shelves in the base cabinets and new Top Knobs cabinet hardware. Installed new Cambria Bellingham Quartz countertop and Lungarno Urban Textures glazed Beige Glossy 4" x 12" backsplash tile. Installed new 4.25" baseboard, shoe molding, new door trim, new window ledge trim, and new door knobs. Installed new rocker panel style switches, receptacles, and plates. Installed new Elkay Quartz single bowl sink in the color of Griege, and new Grohe faucet. Painted the walls with Sherwin-Williams interior latex Super Paint in the color of City Loft, and painted the trim with Pro-Classic in the color of Snowfall! Re-installed the appliances and new microwave and vent.
