Installed new Mirabelle porcelain undermount sink with Black Pearl leathered granite countertop and Cathedral Waterfall linear accent backsplash tile with Schluter edging. Installed new Brizo Rook Series stainless finish single handle vanity faucet! Installed new ProFlo Fulsom tub with Anatolia Classic Calacatta 13" x 13" porcelain tile laid in a brick style pattern with Cathedral Waterfall linear accent tile, Brizo Rook Series tub/shower fixture. Installed grab bars in the tub/shower, and frameless shower glass sliding door. Installed Anatolia Classic Calacatta 12" x 24" porcelain tile in the floor on a 1/3 x 2/3 pattern. Installed a new two piece American Standard Lyndon toilet. Installed new rocker style swtiches/recptacles and screwless plates. Used Lutron Maestro dimmer switches for the recess lights. Installed new 4.25" baseboard/shoe molding. Installed new door hardware. Painted the ceiling, walls, and trim with Sherwin-Williams paint products.
