Removed the existing patio slab. Poured a new concrete patio slab, scored & stained for the covered portion, and stamped and stained for the uncovered portion. Built a new covered patio structure with a seamless 24 gauge steel self sealing roof, 3/4" thick tongue and groove stained bead-board ceiling, six 6" LED recess lights with oil rubbed bronze trim kits, two exterior ceiling fans with light kits & remote controls, motion detected flood lights, fiberglass posts with caps & bases, and new gutter with downspout. Painted with Sherwin-Williams exterior latex Super Paint.
