Gutted this bathroom! Replaced the rotten floor joists, band, and sub-floor. Added another sink making a double vanity. Installed new painted double vanity with Shaker style doors and slab style drawers. Installed quartz countertop with porcelain under-mount sinks, and 8" spread Dryden series Delta faucets. Installed stained framed mirror and new vanity lights. Installed new Mirabelle tub and Mayfair porcelain subway tile with an American Olean accent tile around the tub/shower perimeter and in the back of the recess/niche. Installed Delta Dryden series tub/shower fixture. Installed American Olean Union porcelain floor tile. Relocated the toilet and installed an American Standard two piece Town Square toilet. Installed an LED light/fan in the ceiling above the toilet and LED recess light where the ceiling fan was located. Painted the bathroom with Sherwin-Williams interior latex paint in the color of Sea Salt, and painted the trim in High Reflective White.
