Gutted this upstairs hall bathroom! Installed a new 20" tall acrylic tub from Mirabelle. Installed new Edenton Collection plumbing fixtures from Mirabelle for the tub/shower and vanity faucet. Installed new Durock to the sub-floor and tub/shower walls and waterproofed the tub/shower walls with Laticrete water-proofing membrane and fiberglass tape. Installed Vitromex 12" x 24" porcelain tile in a contemporary pattern to the floor and tub/shower walls with bullnose tile on the perimeter of the tub/shower walls. Added a niche/recess to the wall above the tub for tub/shower products. Installed a new comfort height American Standard Wyatt one piece elongated toilet. Installed new Custom Cabinets stained maple wood vanity and accessory cabinets. Installed Ceasarstone Lagos Blue Quartz counter-top, Mirabelle rectangle porcelain under-mount sink, mirror with a vanity light mounted thru the mirror. Installed new fan in the ceiling and a new 6" LED light in the ceiling. Installed new primed baseboards, shoe molding, and new french doors where installed for entry into the adjoining bedroom with nickel hardware. Installed new accessories for the bathroom, cabinet hardware, and new electrical switches/receptacles and plates! Installed new frameless tub/shower door. We used Sherwin-Williams paint for the walls, ceiling, and trim/doors. Installed new HVAC register.
