Gutted this bathroom and hallway to the studs! Replaced the pull down staircase going into the attic. Removed the old floor furnace in the hallway and installed new hardwood floor matching the existing floor, stained, and refinished the hardwood. Reconfigured the bathroom by moving all the plumbing fixtures and centered the entry door to the bathroom. Installed new Pex plumbing lines with 1/4 turn cutoffs to all new plumbing fixtures. Installed new electrical receptacles, switches, and decorative plates, recess lights in the hallway, LED light/fan above the tub/shower, Schluter Ditra Heat radiant heated floor in the bathroom, Kohler Vewrdera 24" x 30" mirrored medicine cabinet with backlit LED lights, tall Robern mirrored medicine cabinet, Duravit Pedestal sink with plumbing cover, American Standard Single Hole faucet, wall mounted Kohler Veil elongated toilet with bidet seat, Signature Hardware Cadet 60" x 32" x 19" acrylic tub, American Standard tub shower fixture with pullout hand-held shower. Installed modern laminated cabinets/closet in the hallway with adjustable shelves and drawers. Also installed tall cabinet behind the new tub location with tape LED lights, drawers, and shelves above. Built and installed a media center cabinet recessed in the wall in the hallway with tape LED lights, two receptacles with USB ports, and a small drawer. In the bathroom, we installed Marazzi Edgewood Boulder porcelain tile 6" x 24" porcelain floor tile. We installed Marazzi Cavatina Aria porcelain tile to the walls in a versailles pattern using 3 different sizes of tile with two recesses/niches in the tub/shower area and custom bullnose tile around the window & niches. We installed new modern 5 panel solid wood stained Hickory door with light rain glass, and satin nickel hardware for the entry to the bathroom, and matching french doors off the front entry to the hallway with full view light rain glass. Installed new 4.25" stain grade baseboard, shoe molding, and crown molding. Painted the ceiling, walls, and other trim using Sherwin-Williams paint products.
