Removed existing electrical flood lights, electrical conduit, wiring, receptacles, switches. Installed new electrical wiring, conduit, weatherproof housing for receptacles and switches low voltage circuit for high output LED lights around the interior perimeter & front step onto the pool deck with Lutron Maestro dimmer switches, new Minka Aire outdoor ceiling fan, and new LED flood lights controlled with a switch. Removed fascia, deck, railing, underpinning, bad/rotten posts/framing. Installed new post, landscape fabric and rock, framed the ceiling, boxed out the soffit, installed new fiber cement fascia & vented soffit, and interior trim. Decreased the height of the interior railing, framed in the new openings with treated lumber and trim for new Tuff Screen. Sealed and fortified the floor joists. Installed fiberglass screen over the floor joists, then installed Trex in the color of Island Mist with hidden fasteners, built new bench seats with Trex, and built new cypress board and baton planters with Trex trim. Installed 1x6 tongue and groove stained pine ceiling. Built new custom cedar french barn doors with Tuff Screen. Painted using Sherwin-Williams products!
