Gutted this his & her master bathroom, removing the cased openings, fir downs above the vanities & shower, installing new recess LED lighting, LED light/fans above the shower & in each water closet, sconces, and radiant heated floors on his side! Increased the size of the shower and opened it up by removing the walls replacing them with a knee wall between the shower & tub, and frameless glass! Capped the shower knee wall, bench seat, bottom of niche, and shower threshold with same Quartzite used for the vanity tops! Installed new Victoria & Albert Amiata 65" natural stone free-standing tub with Signature Hardware Beasley Collection free-standing tub filler with hand shower in polished nickel finish. Installed Shiloh custom maple wood vanities/dresser with in-set doors & drawers, under-mount soft close drawer guides & soft-close concealed hinges, with Belwith Keeler Monarch Collection cabinet hardware. Installed Signature Hardware Myers 18" vitreous china under-mount sinks, Signature Hardware Beasley Collection 8" spread vanity faucets in in polished nickel finish, with matching accessories, new polished nickel interior door hinges & Emtek Turino brass modern door levers. Installed Perla Marble 12" x 24" bathroom floor tile and shower wall tile in a 1/3 - 2/3 pattern, Perla Polished Marble Mosaic Clipped Diamond w/Dolomite Dot & 2" x 12" Ogee crown around the tub, and 2" Polished Honeycomb shower floor tile and grouted with Bostik true color grout for the shower and Bostik Vivid grout with sealer for the floor. Installed new crown molding, baseboard, & shoe molding. Painted the walls with Sherwin-Williams Satin Super Paint in the color of Stucco, and trim with Oil based Pro-Classic Semi-gloss in the color of Stucco! Installed new Ivory Lutron Maestro dimmer switches to control the LED recess lights/sconces/chandelier, and rocker style switches & receptacles with screwless plates. Installed new frameless glass panels and 32" wide shower doors treated with Enduro shield in polished nickel finish hardware. It was a pleasure working on this amazing project!
