Totally gutted this kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom. Removed the fir down/bulk head above the wall cabinets in the kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom. Removed the wallpaper, hardwood flooring, scraped the ceiling, and removed the cabinetry. Moved the sink location into the peninsula and installed new gas line for the gas cooktop. Installed new porcelain wood tile. Installed custom painted cabinets with Shaker style doors with soft close hinges and drawers in the kitchen and laundry room. Installed Cambria Quartz countertops, stainless steel undermount sink, Delta faucet, new appliances, and 2x6 glass subway tile backsplash. Installed 4" LEd recess lights in the ceiling with dimmer switches, LED tape under-cabinet lighting, new switches/receptacles with designer plates, charging station, and new door hardware. Installed new stained vanity cabinet with raised panel doors with soft close hinges, and soft close drawers. Custom framed mirror, LED light fan over the toilet, new vanity light, and new LED light in the ceiling. New Delta faucet, and cultured marble top with integrated sink, new Kohler Cimmaron toilet, and new accessories. Painted the walls, trim, and doors using Shewrin-Williams products.
