Because this property has impervious restrictions, the owner wasn't allowed to install concrete decking around their new pool. So we built them a composite deck which hugs the freeform pool and provides plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. The Fiberon deck boards are low-maintenance and the "Ipe" color provides color variation reminiscent of exotic hardwoods. The other unusual feature of this outdoor living space is the "outhouse" which is a convenient pit stop for kids and adults alike and it keeps wet feet from running through the house to use the bathroom.
