And BTW..
TREES.
Some like shade trees, some like ornamentals, some like blowing , and raking leaves, others not so much. Some like to pay for trimming, thinning, and pruning, or lifted sidewalks...some are unable.
And again, depends on where you live.
Where I live the property values have nothing to do with trees or anything else, but proximity to high tech companies.

@PM, good lord! Were you bullied, while you were growing up and that’s caused you to be bitter and hostile, towards anyone whose opinions, do not mirror your own? Anytime someone publishes a blog post or, contributes an online article, such as this, they are leaving the door, wide open and inviting reader’s, to criticize every, written word. The comments, left by other’s are just as varied as those who write them and what got my attention, wasn’t the article. Nor, the comments made by other’s. It was the way your comments portray you, as being extremely bitter and uncouth. No one owes you, anything and although you did highlight valid concerns, your decision to move towards something more peaceful, it should automatically limit you from complaining about anything!
