The main level is about 1800 sq. ft. with the living section containing the kitchen and great room to the rear under a cathedral Beamed Roof System, and there is a central entry flanked by an office and full bath/laundry room to the front; the front area is under a flat ceiling/Plaster and Accent Beam Mid-Floor System. A master bedroom suite ell is under a cathedral Beamed Roof System. (The garage and connector-to-the-garage are by owner/contractor). Upstairs is about 650 sq. ft. with two additional bedrooms with a shared full bath, and a central loft that looks down onto the living area below. The upper level is under a cathedral Beamed Roof System. The lower-level walkout basement level is currently designed for storage and utilities.
