The main level is about 1250 sq. ft. with the left side great room and dining room under a cathedral Beamed Roof System, and the kitchen is under a flat ceiling/Plaster and Beam Mid-Floor System. To the right is the primary bedroom suite, shared half-bath, and laundry room under a flat ceiling/Plaster and Beam Mid-Floor System. Upstairs is about 725 sq. ft. with two additional bedrooms and a shared bath under a cathedral ceiling, and a sitting loft that looks down onto the living area below.
