The main level is about 1200 sq. ft. with the main entry and primary bedroom suite to the front, and the kitchen and stairway in the center; these sections are under a flat ceiling/Plaster and Beam Mid-Floor System. To the rear is the dining room and great room under a cathedral Beamed Roof System. Upstairs is about 750 sq. ft. with two additional bedrooms sharing a full bath under a cathedral Plaster and Accent Beam Roof System, and the cathedral beamed loft/office sitting area that looks down onto the great room below.
