A second project for our customer in southern New Hampshire, which is about to ship this fall, the latest project is an upper-level accessory dwelling with the Full Exposure Wall Framing System over a new garage with lower-level studio. The lower-level has an 11x23 studio including a full bath and wet bar under a cathedral Beamed Roof System adjacent to the two-car garage (garage materials are by owner/contractor). Upstairs is about 100 sq. ft. and is all Beamed/cathedral and is designed as a multi-use loft space with storage and an adjacent 8x11 screen room.
