Using our standard Beamed Exterior Wall System throughout, this home is planned to be built this year in southern New Hampshire. The main level is about 1300 sq. ft. with the living room to the left of the entry door, and the kitchen to the right. To the rear is the master bedroom suite and a 3-season sunroom. The main level is under a flat ceiling/Plaster and Beam Mid-Floor System, except for the living room under a cathedral Beamed Roof System. Upstairs is about 825 sq. ft. with two additional bedrooms and a full bath, and a loft that looks down onto the living area below. The full basement is currently designed for storage and utilities.
