The main level is about 1600 sq. ft. with the main entry through a connector porch to the garage (by owner/contractor) that leads to right section of the house under a cathedral Plaster and Accent Beam Roof System. The right side is for the primary bedroom suite, a full-bath, and private study. To the left side is the kitchen under a flat ceiling/Plaster and Beam Mid-Floor System to the front, and the great room to the rear under a cathedral Beamed Roof System. Upstairs is about 450 sq. ft. with an additional cathedral-ceiling bedroom suite and a loft that looks down onto the living area below.
