The homeowners' dreamed of an Ofuro style soaking tub. We worked together to make that a reality. Our employees custom milled a surround of Ofuro cedar for the soaking tub. The steps are removable for cleaning and to lessen the occurrence of trapped moisture. The shelves are also custom cedar with a "fish scale" tile backing.

Raised garden beds for edible plants provide the transition between the existing deck and new patio below, eliminating the need for a railing. A firepit provides the focal point for the new patio. This north Austin family needed a home office more than they needed their covered back porch. With the roof already in place and some basic modifications to the existing concrete foundation we were ready to go. The trey ceiling was designed to work around structural constraints, while wood panel detail adds a warm modern touch. The large travertine tile was laid with 1/3rd offset. To keep costs down, a window unit heater/AC handles the comfort control very well. This project cost less then 15k.
