MTI Baths

MTI Baths are the real deal. A family-run company that treats their customers like family. We never hesitate to specify an MTI product for a project. High-quality craftsmanship (I've been to the factory!) and genuinely beautiful pieces.

I have no problem with the MTI tub I purchased. When I was researching the tub before the purchase, the customer representative I spoke with was very helpful and I was convinced that this was the tub I wanted and I ordered it. When it arrived, the skirting on the front of the tub was wrong as it was not removable as it needed to be in order to service the tub if something went wrong with the wiring. MTI did send out a replacement panel, but none of the contractors wanted to replace it because of the concern that they would be liable if something happened to it. So the tub sat for a long time at an added expense to us. Finally the tile installer replaced it the best as it could so he could finish the tile job and move on. The skirt is loose and pulls out when you take one of the panels off. I contacted MTI and they were going to send out one of their local service people to attach it correctly. Three months later I am still waiting. My phone calls and emails are unanswered or else I am giving more promises. I don't like to write negative reviews but I am tired of being ignored.

Spectacular product made in the US with innovation and expertise. Cutting edge style with age old customer service. It doesn't get much better than that in the design world!

MTI Baths was new to us as designers prior to 2009, but from our initial meetings at a trade show the personal service began and continues to be of the highest quality. Beyond the personal service, the "can-do' attitude, innovation and willingness to customize where appropriate gives us as designers a high comfort level. finally, MIT products are well designed, perform well and have warranties and guarantees that match the overall customer experience.

MTI Baths - I am seriously lucky to have such a fabulous manufacturer of whirlpools, tubs, etc within 20 minutes of my office! I have have the unique pleasure to tour the factory on more than one occasion and its always a pleasure to be in tune with their processes. What I appreciate most? Hands down their customer service/attentiveness! 2nd -- I try my best whenever possible to support local businesses, it is a win win for all of us! Ive attached a picture of one of my most recent projects with a MTI soaking tub with a virtual spout. It took a few phone calls to work through the logistics, but they held my hand every step of the way to make this a reality.

I love sourcing MTI tubs for my clients. The wide variety of styles & different collections/price points makes it easy to find the right tub within budget. The lead time is very accurate, I've never ordered a tub from MTI that has been back-ordered.
