Is there a name for the variegated form of Cherry ?

Has anyone else got a variegated Golden King ?

Hi Aroideana,
I bought a musaica x zahnii(?golden king) from you a while ago and it is showing variegation on some of the leaves.I am hoping to get a variegated pup from it.Do you have one that has variegated?I would imagine it would be rather nice.

No doubt the zahnii used in the cross was a variegated one .
I have been selecting the best ones for over 10 years , and now there are about a dozen lines along each leaf . No broad stripes , but I think that would ruin the effect . The plant came from John & Genny down in Jacobs Well , and they intended on calling it Golden Queen if it ever got good enough markings and remained stable . I will send you a pic when I take one Fran . It looks like the best one is coming into flower .
