“Los Angeles project: 2 bathrooms and removing a wall in living room to make rental unit bigger. This is a great company. The office staff, managing partners and there team do an excellent job! We hired Concept Renovations back in July 2016 and started the project end of Aug into September. We recently received this link in our message box and were happy to see that they are now set up to start taking reviews for their work. Great move! We live in Phoenix and this was one of our family rental units, and above everything, including the design work and permits they met us 100% of the way and were very understanding as to scheduling needs with active tenants. We are pleased to give them this good review. You wont go wrong with this company and ask about referral incentives, top of the line and solid.”

“Kitchen remodel, totally redone, new cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, ceiling, lighting, added full bath, added large multipurpose/family room and extended carport. All work was craftsman quality, on time, on budget, with friendly people, all of whom know their trade/craft. Erik runs a great job, always professional, honest, on time and provides the highest quality work for all jobs. After the remodel, we found ourselves living and spending most of our time in the remodeled area as it was the most comfortable space in the house. I love the kitchen and the island where most family interaction now takes place. I had four special requests in the remodel, one was a glass block shower, solar tubes, tiling in the kitchen that would include our own designed tiles, and a pull down bed in a closet in the family room so that the room could actually be used as a master suite. Erik came through on all my requests and within budget. We are very happy with the remodel and can't say enough about what a positive experience it was to work with him.”

“Clawson designed an amazing kitchen addition we couldn't even have conceived of without their help. We were looking to expand existing kitchen space, and they completely reconfigured the floor plan of our first floor, adding a huge new kitchen, laundry area and powder room. My old kitchen ended up becoming a stunning dining room, my kitchen addition is open and bright and breathtaking. The flow of my entire first floor was greatly enhanced. Marvin and Rene Clawson were a pleasure to work with and really made a point of understanding our needs. They are very adept at designing in keeping with the character and style of the existing house. Our addition is seamless and could have been here from the time the house was built. We recently put our house on the market, and had multiple offers the day after our first public open house. The realtor chose to feature a photo of our kitchen with the listing, so potential buyers could see how our house differed from all the others in our neighborhood. We sold the house for more than our asking price. I'm certain it was because of the finish choices I made and the design by Clawson.”
