“My husband and I had the best experience working with the Michael & Son team. The designer came with great ideas and the vision she had for the bathroom was far beyond what we could imagine. They have completely transformed the space. We are so so happy with the results!! 10/10 recommend.”

“What a great Team ! The project manager came to us for a meeting, we briefly spent a few hours, nothing pushy as he worked around our budget from the start therefore there was no pressure whatsoever. Our Kitchen and bathroom was remodeled exactly how we dreamed it. We did not think twice before choosing them as they were the only company willing to start the project right away with no wait time. We did a few walk throughs to go over the details a couple times as the owner wanted to make sure we were confident and on the same page with him. We were informed of all installations and work processes in detail. Final job looks great, really nothing I would change. I am looking to have Goldenline remodel now our second house that we rent. We might as well contact them for a garage remodeling as we are thinking to change it into an office space. Highly recommending them”

“When we decided to finish our basement we chose Preferred General Contracting and couldn’t be happier with the results. Marvin designed a floor plan that met all of our needs and made the best use of the available space. This included a large family room, an office/guest room, a full bath room, and a storage area. All of the crews who came to work on our project were Preferred General Contracting employees, not sub-contractors. They were polite, respectful and really knew their trades. Whether it was framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall or paint and trim work, the quality and craftsmanship that went into our project was always top notch. One of the building inspectors even commented to me on the way out that “it just doesn’t get any better than this”. Our new basement space looks great, we get compliments on it form everyone who visits. More importantly, we know that there is real quality construction behind it all. It makes us wish Preferred General Contracting had built the rest of our house as well. We will definitely use them again for future home improvements.”
