Sarah Schmid Designs is a boutique design firm specializing in modern and contemporary residential projects. With my background in architecture I have the unique ability to offer services in a wide range of areas such as renovations and additions, interior design, both in person and eDesign, 3D modeling, and custom home design. eDesign is an exciting new concept which offers a convenient and affordable way to hire a designer. I am an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects National and Orange County, California Chapters and I have both a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Southern California and and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Although my background is in architecture, I speak the language of design and it is universal. I believe a home’s architecture should be integrated with it’s interiors, similar to the way in which the great Masters such as Frank Lloyd Wright worked. With an eye for detail, creative design skills and the ability to truly listen to my clients needs I create warm, inviting spaces to live in. I will work with you to create the home of your dreams.
