First and foremost it is unheard of these days to find honesty, integrity, and attention to detail all rolled into one. My wife purchased a wood fired Pizza oven for me for my 60th birthday. By far second to grandchildren the best gift yet. Kirk Laing has gone above and beyond the call of duty to guide and help me . I had some issues with my oven in which he replaced and his company puts integrity in front of profit, which restores my faith in business. I challenge anyone to be able to speak with an owner of a company and get things fixed or rectified. I believe the success of any business is word of mouth and can that word be transcended down to each customer. This company exudes that business format. I had done extensive research on finding the right wood oven for my home. After finding Fontana Forni I had spoken to Kirk several times before purchasing my Mangiafuoco Oven in 2013. His knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated in making sure I had the right oven and size for my needs. I am glad I had listened to Kirk as he suggested the Mangiafuoco over the Margarita since he knew I was going to be making several pizzas at one time. I bought a pizza oven from Frontana Forni several years ago. They don't have my exact model anymore--I think it was a previous style of the Gusto Wood Oven. Minor assembling but heavy lifting. The oven rests on a very sturdy rolling base, but it took three of us to lift it in place. (However, when we moved it to a new house, one of the movers lifted it by himself, while another guy directed the placement. Impressive.) The customer service was excellent. The owner answered all my questions prior to purchase. I'd never used a pizza oven of any sort and didn't really know what to expect. After my oven arrived, one of the pieces I needed for assembly was incorrect and the owner overnighted the correct piece. I like having the fire in a separate box, so I'm never have to deal with moving ashes aside, etc. The fire takes a little while to heat up (more than an hour). I like it pretty hot, but try to keep it within the manufacturer's recommendations. We make zucchini chips and roast mushrooms in the oven while it's getting to pizza temperature. Pizzas cook in a few minutes. You can watch them rise and brown through the glass window. Never fails to amaze our guests. However, don't walk away while cooking or you might return to a blackened one. The stand makes it simple to roll it wherever I want and store it under cover when I'm not using it. It's heavy to roll but I can manage it (I'm 5'5" and small). This pizza oven is my prized possession. We have spent so many long evenings making pizza and chatting on our back porch with family and friends. We make one pizza at a time, drink some wine, and make another one until everyone is satisfied. We usually finish with a dessert pizza of some sort for the kiddos (chocolate strawberry in spring, cinnamon sugar always, apple cinnamon in the fall). This oven makes the best pizza you'll ever make at home or buy. It's simply fantastic. If something ever happened to mine (can't imagine what thought, it's built to last), I'd buy another immediately.

We have owned this pizza oven for about 4 years now - it is fantastic. Kirk, the owner, is very responsive to any questions. We live in a high fire danger area - the fact that the fire is completely contained is very important for us.

Very knowledgeable and attentive. We bought their Divino oven and use it year round on Cape Cod (well except following 4ft Blizzards of snow). We've had it uncovered year round for approx 5 yrs and it's held up as advertised. Have had to replace the oven fan (provided promptly at no cost) after a couple years, and the internal oven bulb (local Hardware store). We do pizzas, roasts, breads, veggies, etc. It's a very versatile oven and makes the best pizzas with traditional thin crusts in a couple of minutes, and much more versatile than a traditional masonry oven. We've also purchased a few imported garden urns which we are also very happy with.
