Echo Valley Construction is owned by Titus & Melissa Unruh. Their goal is to provide the Fayette County, Iowa and surrounding areas with quality construction at affordable prices. Our focus is both in residential and agricultural which includes small commercial construction. Echo Valley Construction does new custom homes, siding, decking and railing, roofing, drywall hanging and finishing, trim, prefinished hardwood floor installation, tile showers and floors. Echo Valley Construction also is an AgriSteel dealer. AgriSteel is a metal frame building system often used for dairy/cattle barns and sheds. AgriSteel is either a metal/wood (metal frame and wood perlins ) structure or all-metal building. AgriSteel provides accessories for cattle/dairy barns including freestalls, gates and latches. We also provide northeast IA with a quality spray foam from Certainteed called Certaspray! We usually spray a closed cell (hard) polyurethane foam that provides 6.8 R value of insulation. But we also provide a open cell foam (soft) foam that provides 3.6 R value of insulation.
