We bought this window a few months ago because we looked the best option, however before buying, I was informed by phone that shipping cost would be around $600. We live in Texas and now that the window is ready, we were told the total shipping cost is $1052.07 because of the crate. The weight is almost 500 Lb and we have been notified that the driver delivers the window in the truck. In other words, there has to be someone in the house to remove the product and put it inside. My husband travels a lot. How am I going to get this off the truck? Even my husband can't take this huge and heavy window from the truck!!! I received my oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and other appliances less heavy and bulky, the driver comes with helper and bring them into my home! I am really surprised and upset how this company handle a delivery like that. I still didn't receive my window. This review is about how Flip Out Windows Inc delivery your order. If you don't live in California, if you don't pick up your window from the factory, be aware.

We added a sunroom on the back of our house which required us to come up with a different type of window coming out of our kitchen. We found the Flip Out Windows online. We contacted them and were very satisfied with their response to our need. They produced a window to fit exactly in the opening. We could not be happier!
