Acadian Antique Restorations is a custom furniture and restoration shop located on the outskirts of Lafayette, LA. offering high quality work to bring life back into cherished antiques or to produce that special piece of furniture to meet one's needs and taste. We offer full design services with an extensive library of period pieces that enables us to quickly narrow down a client's likes and dislikes and discover a style that truly appeals to their taste. Using fine hardwoods and hardware appropriate for the piece, mortice and tenon joinery and hand cut dovetails, a lasting and cherished piece evolves. Because we produce fine furniture, this enables us in the repair and restoration side of the business to repair and replicate most any broken or missing elements needed to restore a piece back to a utilitarian state or to it's original glory.
