I have been working with Northstar Development for several years designing new homes, both speculative and for custom clients. I am enjoying seeing the transformation that my house is going through. Moreover I love the personalized attention that Amelia and Tim gave me and the wonderful recommendations. I viewed seveal of the homes that they built and they all are high quality homes. I would love to own one of their dream homes. Since I am currently not not in the market to buy a new house Amelia came over and we talked about what we wanted to achieve in my space. The she helped me select paint colors, and flooring. Tim was essential in putting me touch with key people to perform the work. It's only day 3 but I can't believe this is my house!
