About Us
I am an incoming graduate student who will be attending Columbia University for a M.S. in Historic Preservation. I attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and graduated in 2016 with a B.S. in Architectural Engineer and a concentration in structures. Over the last two years, I have worked for a building envelope consulting company based in Plainville, MA, R. J. Kenney Associates (RJK), and served as a Staff Engineer and Assistant Project Manager. Our work at RJK ranges from preservation to new construction, and we serve our clients in developing and restoring envelope conditions. I am pursuing a graduate degree in historic preservation because I am extremely passionate about restoring historic structures. They are intrinsic to the fabric of community culture and values. As an engineer and preservationist, I will have a direct impact on the communities that serve our citizen and am eager to begin this journey.
