Lightening, thunder and breezes...

and rain !!! FINALLY ...yes...beating on the skylights..pounding on the streets...washing away the dust !! yes..hours and hours of thunder and lightening and false hope. I am out to the front porch...after work and not a care in the world. Me and DH...see ya. Caroline

Good for you! Here's hoping this drought becomes a memory very soon. There are all sorts of storms lining up out there. Let us know how it all smells tomorrow morning. One of my favorite things, the smell of earth after a long rain.

That's one of the things I miss a lot -- the smell of the soil after rain. No rain here yesterday, it rained all around us, but absolutely none at my house. Got the hose out again last night as soon as the sun went down...
