Team Josh and Josh did an outstanding job helping me get my ADU approved here in Point Loma. They were constantly giving me updates. They communicated weekly with the city. They made invaluable recommendations to help me prepare for inspections. It was an effortless process. I so appreciate their guidance. I highly recommend them.

His years of knowledge is truly invaluable. Outside of design, Josh has reliable resources he has recommended, that have also been great (structural engineering, contractors, etc.). His time in this business is unmatched and he is very well educated in the field. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family, and would use him again in the future.
