Crystal Lake Project

Modern Kitchen, Seattle

This kitchen captures the lake side view of the home. Upper cabinets were omitted to capitalize on the view from the adjoining dining room. The north and south sides of the kitchen have upper cabinets but are of glass and can be looked through to the outdoor gardens. The cabinets are custom designed and made of Teak. Jonathan Paul's Cabinets of Seattle, WA built the cabinetry and worked closely with Fradkin Fine Construction and Collins Group Design on the homes millwork & construction. The tile floors were inlaid with custom metal accent tiles, each made with a different imprint of foliage found in the gardens surrounding the home. The table is by furniture designer Berman Rosetti and made of Wenge wood. Photo by Roger Turk
