This family room was made larger by removing a raised hearth that wrapped extensively on both sides of the fireplace. We also removed 3 small windows and a service door and replaced them with Fleetwood doors that all slide to the left, for an extension of the family room onto the patio. This makes the space perfect for entertaining with comfort.
