J's Tree Trimming & Removal, LLC

Completely unprofessional. Misquoted a site clearing project by a multiplier of five (roughly $20,000.00) and were not willing to negotiate their error, rather, they held up payment for other Subcontractors by refusing to sign a waiver. They also felt it was okay to stack logs, branches, etc. in adjacent parts of my property, which still have not been addressed. I would NOT recommend them.

J and his crew did a great job! They were prompt, courteous, and the site looked great after they left. J's office manager, Nicole, was very quick to get back to us when we had questions and provided excellent follow-up. We were very grateful that they were able to do the job on schedule even though there had just been a big wind storm and every tree service in Ann Arbor was swamped. They are a pleasure to work with and I am very happy to recommend them.

Efficient, professional and willing to accommodate customer time and any additional work needed. I would recommend and use again without hesitancy.

Jason and his crew have been here several times to remove trees and do related work. They always do a great job and the prices are very rasonable
