We hired TRIOND to do an entire kitchen remodeling in our condo unit in our apartment in Nob Hill They did a fantastic job of coordinating the different tradespeople from demolition to completion, protecting the floors, and being respectful to our neighbors in the building. We needed to find a contractor that understands the San Francisco code and can deliver stuff on time, and we are thrilled with the result. We will Where we’re done use them again for future projects!

We're pleased to share the work done by Triond on our home improvement project, with a primary focus on a significant kitchen renovation. The transformation is truly impressive. We hired PJ & the TRIOND team to remodel our kitchen. It was a full gut down to the studs and subfloor. The online design process worked well for us. The designers visited the location once and everything after that was remote. With the support of the TRIOND design team we explored different options, visited some of the vendors and decided on all of our finish materials along with some layout changes to optimize the space. 
The design team also provided highly realistic 3D rendering to show us what the end result would look like before we made final decisions and purchased anything. The team helped us get great pricing on cabinets through their partner vendors that offered discounts. The communication was all consolidated into WhatsApp which worked well for us. We preferred this to the endless email trails that we had with some other projects. In WhatsApp PJ provided pictures & videos to help us stay in the loop on what was happening. He was available for calls at any time and very responsive. This was especially useful when we were away from home. We have a good record of the communication throughout the project. As with most construction projects, we did run into some unexpected things. PJ was very helpful in explaining the situation and presenting solutions for a path forward. PJ also handled all the aspects of permitting and inspections processes. We are very happy with the end result. It looks just like the design renderings and we are loving our new kitchen. From start to finish Triond displayed the most professionalism and provided top-notch customer service. they had every little detail covered, starting from the initial design permit stages all the way through to the final build . their efficiency was mind blogging. As Someone who works in Tech as a project manager extremely value project management skills and these guys would know what they were doing.The project did take One month and a half more than expected in the timeline summarising a full garage conversion of kitchen and bathroom of 1200 ft.² that was planned to be finished in six months was eventually done a little later, but we did have additional stuff that had to extend the scope of work as a result. We recently wrapped up our extensive project with Triond, which involved remodeling our kitchen, and bathroom, and constructing an addition for a powder room and master suite. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were new to the process of home improvements, and we were unsure of what to expect. I found Triond on Buildzoom. Their quote had the most detail and was a reasonable price. I appreciated that Triond took my job that was considered “small” since it was a kitchen remodel consisting of replacing cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting, paint and backsplash. Several other contractors turned down the job when they realized it was a “small job”. As we started the process, Gilad and team were prompt in starting the job and quickly demolished the existing kitchen. He adapted to supply chain issues and adjusted the plan as we found issues in the kitchen that were not up to code. As the job progressed, we expanded the scope of the job to include 3.5 bathrooms, flooring and painting the whole house. The 3 things I appreciated about Gilad and PJ were: 1) attention to quality - as he found issues with the quality of specific details, he proactively resolved them out of his own pocket, 2) flexibility - as we increased scope or found issues as we opened up the walls, he adapted the plan to accommodate our needs, and 3) professionalism - he kept a constant channel of communication. I’d recommend Triond for first time remodelers that are learning the process!

Recently my kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms was remodeled and had a fantastic experience with TRIOND. We're so happy with our bathroom and kitchen remodel. Our project manager Gilad did a really great job explaining all the steps and details with a very comprehensive proposal. Our kitchen is 25'x30' and we needed to have a new cabinets and new appliances. After receiving a call from Triond Remodeling, we agreed to have a meeting with Gil. Gil came over to our house on time and was able to provide us with all the answers to our questions. As part of their work, he told us that he will come back the following week with a 3D design that will be made especially for our kitchen and will include all the items that we wanted. We had TRIOND Remodeling & Design remodel our house and we are very happy with how it all came out. We decided to hire them because our research about them proved us that they are very professional and know what they are doing. Just as Gilad claimed, the designer at the company came up with a gorgeous design that stand up from all the other ones who spoke to us. Gilad had great solutions for all the challenges that we had including the removal of a wall. They also helped us to select the materials, upper and lower cabinets, counter tops, faucets, door handles and all the rest etc... The team of workers were also talented people and they work very professionally. Gilad kept a clear and open communication channel with the workers at all times during the work. We live in the Sunset district in San Francisco and we hired Triond to remodel our bathroom. We found Triond while exploring contractors on Google, they were one of the first that came up when we searched. We were looking specifically for folks with experience working on older SF houses and who understood the history as we wanted to build something that could have reasonably existed 75 years ago. We decided to work with Triond right after our first meeting and conversation with the project manager. He showed us examples of work they'd done before and it was very much in-line with what we were hoping to end up with. Sooner after we had contracts in place and we were kicking off with demo shortly after. Once the work was underway, we were so happy with the quality of the work and attention to detail. There were a number of decisions to be made while the work was underway, and we were always presented with clear picture of the challenge and a few possible solutions that took into consideration factors of additional time and/or cost. This allowed us to make informed decisions quickly and helped us to feel very involved in all the details. We would hire Triond again for future projects on our house and would confidently recommend them to others for the same.

We hired Gilad and Triond Remodeling and Design for a 3-bathroom project in our San Francisco home and are very happy with the results. We worked with Triond Remodeling in the beginning of 2022 for the renovation of our guest bathroom. We were first time home buyers with no previous remodeling experience so it was important that we picked a partner that could guide us through the process and handle more of the project management than a contractor usually does.

 We picked Gilad and his team because they had answers for all our complicated questions, they matched us with one of their designers to help us articulate the ideas we had in our head. Janet was incredibly kind and patient and by the end of the design process there was a thorough shopping list of all the things we needed to buy. 

 After all the materials were purchased the Triond team made quick work of the remodel. They were proactive in coming up with solutions to unforeseen issues and accommodating in our requests as the project went on. 

In the end we stayed pretty much on budget (minus a few extra change orders where we decided on additions) and on generally time (even with a week delay where I ordered the wrong tub ) 

The bathroom looks fantastic and we can’t wait to show it off.

We would like to give a shout-out to Triond Construction for the awesome remodel of our new bathroom. Our Project Manager and his team took our 50’s outdated bathroom stripped it to the studs and with his design team came up with a gorgeous new room. We now have a luxurious soaking tub, beautiful floor and wall tile and a larger shower. The shower was enlarged with a two sided glass enclosure, rain shower head and floor to ceiling tile. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Project Manager is a great guy and easy to work with.

Let me start by saying that our journey with TRIOND was not a short one. We had met with the project manager for the first time in May, and the work had only started four months later, in mid-September. The reason being we were not sure if we wanted to hire them only for kitchen remodeling. We initially thought we’d like to finalize the kitchen remodel before moving forward with any other project, but after meeting with a few other companies we felt comfortable hiring TRIOND for all of our other remodeling needs. Eventually, they worked on our kitchen, the master bathroom, and the powder room. We love how it turned out! Based on the designer recommendations we made some brave choices, and decided to go with a modern-industrial style for our kitchen. As for the master bathroom, the chosen style was clean and classic; different shades of grey, with touches of light blue. For the powder room we chose a vibrant wallpaper (we were surprised with this choice!) but it turned out nicely, with all the other fixtures. The project was about 13 weeks, but mainly because we had to wait for some of the finish materials to get delivered. When we decide to remodel the rest of our house (it’s a 3 story SF Victorian) we would like to work with TRIOND again.

I would recommend anyone who’s looking to hire a remodeling company to work with Triond. Our experience working with the company was positive and the result – our beautifully designed new bathroom – is better than expected. We hired Triond to remodel our bathroom, after meeting with two other contractors. TBH, the proposal we received from Triond wasn’t the lowest, but we chose to move forward with them for two reasons. One, since we had good chemistry with the project manager, and second, since we were impressed with the attention to detail. The same day we had our first meeting with the assigned project manager we had already received a proposal from him. He took the time to explain what the proposal includes and what we should expect if a change order will be required at any point. Besides the project manager we have worked with a designer, and communicated with their office. The project took 5 weeks in total.

I heard about TRIOND from a neighbor who used them to remodel her kitchen, and I love the designs they came up with! The team was quick, creative, and got where I was coming from. Our kitchen’s on the older, smaller side and in real need of some TLC. I’m also really particular about what I want — I need a lot of counter space and easy to reach storage. And they came up with more than one layout—one modern and the other rustic—because I wanted to have a variety of options. Since I’m mostly WFH right now, I’ll wait until I’m back at the office before doing the remodel, but I’m excited to work with TRIOND when I do.

I’m so pleased with Triond’s work and would recommend anyone who’s looking for a general contractor in the bay area to work with them! I reached out to Triond, after seeing their sign outside a neighbor’s place – they got back to me the same day, and I met with the project manager two days later. Within less than two weeks, the project was already up and running and the only thing that prevented us from finalizing the project was the fact the showroom did not have everything we wanted in stock. It was not my first remodeling and I can guarantee that no other contractor had given us the same level of attention. The project manager visited the site every day during the work and sent us pictures, so we can follow the progress.

I’m so glad I decided to move forward with TRIOND! I met with multiple contractors before I made a decision on who to hire for my kitchen remodeling. The thing that convinced me to close the deal with Triond was the fact the project manager came back twice to my house, to measure and check details, before he sent the proposal. Since I was very hesitant, the project manager had taken the time to read the proposal with me, and made sure I understood everything. In general, the communication with Triond was easy and during the remodeling process I was talking to my dedicated project manager on a daily basis. Since I was recommended to leave the house during the construction work, I wanted to make sure that I’ll be able to be back asap – and I did. The whole process lasted 16 weeks. The close guidance I received from the designer made the whole process easier, as there were so many decisions to make… countertop, cabinets, faucets material, lighting, etc. Besides the project manager and the designer, I did not have to communicate with anyone else in the company. I received answers to all of my questions and even when changes were made, as it often does in remodeling projects, the communication was clear and transparent. I would like to work with Triond again in the future.

The one thing that stood out to me in my work with Triond was the great attention to detail – from the detailed proposal to the project management, and the design plans. My project manager went above and beyond to make sure I'm 100% happy! I hired Triond to work on the remodel of our in-law suite bathroom, and once that project was completed, I have decided to work with Triond on my kitchen. In the bathroom, we changed the layout, replaced an old bath and put a huge shower instead, and installed a toilet and the rest of the elements. I'm extremely pleased with how the tile work came out! At first, I wasn’t sure the tiles the designer recommended were the right choice, but after I saw the completed project I have no doubt. The kitchen had required a complete change, as it hadn't been remodeled since the eighties when my folks used to own the place. If you are considering a remodeling project, I highly recommend working with Triond.

Definitely 5 stars! I was very hesitant to do this remodeling work and renovate my kitchen since I was told I would not be able to live in the house during the project. Knowing from previous experience, remodeling projects are usually taking longer than you think, I was afraid I might find myself away from my house for a while. However, after sharing those concerns with the project manager, we have decided to do this work while I was out on vacation. He was very understanding and accommodated my requests as much as possible. One reason I chose Triond over other contractors was that they offer design services as part of the package. In addition, my experience working with the designer was pleasant, and she was able to come up with a few different layouts for me to choose. She had also provided a detailed list of finish materials I needed to purchase, which saved me the hassle of visiting showrooms. My experience working with Triond was great. The project manager constantly shared his recommendations and informed me on every detail of the job while I was away, which left me feeling I made the right choice. The job included an entire kitchen remodeling: layout change, cabinets, counters, flooring, etc. Everyone who's visiting my house is complimenting the kitchen!

Some unexpected problems arose with the job such as some dry rot in the bathroom which our project manager dealt without any fuss. By the end of the job which took 3 months including over 4 weeks wait time period because of the cabinet manufacturer. the areas were cleaned and dusted so that moving back in was relatively painless. We are very pleased with the result of the project which looks just beautiful. Definitely use them again!

Great experience! Our journey to find the right contractor began by leaving our details in multiple remodeling service websites and met with seven contractors, needless to say I was not impressed by their understanding of the code in the San Francisco code or attention to details. Two things that were very important to us. Fortunately I was recommended on TRIOND via a friend from work who just had them do his bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We were interested in remodeling two bathrooms, which hadn't changed since its last renovation in the '70s... Although Triond's proposal wasn't the lowest one, we chose them to do our bathroom remodeling. We were impressed by the fact the proposal was very comprehensive and had taken into consideration options and obstacles other contractors did not even consider mentioning. Another reason we have chosen TRIOND over other remodeling companies is because even before signing anything the project manager brought an engineer to take a look and share his impression when we were considering removing a load bearing wall and relocate the bathroom We are very pleased with the final result. Even though we had a vision in mind about how each bathroom should look, we are happy we took the interior designer's advice. The layout the designer suggested made sense and the rendering really helped seeing how everything comes together. and eventually, it also saved us some budget which we were able to spend on higher quality finish materials. We would choose to work with TRIOND on future remodeling projects!
