Does anyone have any ideas how I could arrange furniture in this awkward living room without compromising (60!") TV / floorstanding speaker placement? I created a mockup with an idea for how things might be positioned, but the angle of the TV and proximity to the door makes my OCD go nuts. I also don't think I can wall mount the TV in that location due to windows. For reference the top door is the entrance, the right door is the bedroom, and the smaller door below is a pantry. If the two doors didn't both open toward each other I would consider wall-mounting my TV between them, but that would make for awkward speaker placement / shift the dining room table.

I am torn between this unit (nicer but awkward living room) and another (not as nice, but squarer living room, would have to give up dining room table) and need to sign a lease in the next few days. Any and all advice is welcome!
