Finding photos of discussed plants

Hello,

Very new to AZ (will be living in Maricopa for a few months)and want to become familiar with recommended plants for the area. I observe plants on my travels (but don't know their names) and I read about plants on this forum (but don't know what they look like). I tried doing searches on the site (can't say I find the interface very clear) but didn't get any results. Could anyone direct me to some visuals ?

There is a great booklet called Landscape Plants for the Arizona Desert that is available for free at most city conservation offices and also at many nurseries and such.
