What's the flow rate of your pot filler?

My understanding is that one of the advantages of a pot filler faucet is that they fill pots faster than a regular faucet due to a higher flow rate. However I haven't been able to find pot fillers with higher flow rates than 2 or 2.1 gpm which is the same or lower than a normal faucet. The one exception is the Kohler pot filler which has a flow rate of 4 gpm, but I'm not crazy about the styling.

Am I missing something?

Ghroe goes up to 2.5 (i'm not spelling that right) and franke (KSD) has a six level adjustment built into their pot fillers to pick your appropriate flow rate.

2.5 gpm is no higher than many standard faucets. The Franke KSD that I saw listed a flow rate of only 2.2 gpm.

Looks like my assumption about pot fillers filling pots faster was wrong.

Hi,
I just did a speed test! My Kohler Vinatta faucet took 55 seconds to fill a 2 gallon pitcher. My Chicago Faucets pot filler only took 20 seconds. The flow of the P/F is just shy of 3x of the Vinatta.

Casey, thanks for doing the speed test! I googled Chicago Faucets pot fillers ... they look like they're commercial quality and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I need a deck mounted filler (exterior wall), and they don't seem to make one.
