Strange leaves on my Cl Cecile Brunner

I have Cl Cecile Brunner I planted from Heirloom last year. I was just out tying up some of the canes when I noticed some of the leaves are oddly shaped. They have three points, like three leaves fused together or something. Is this normal?

Don't worry, it's common with the climbing and spray sports of Cecile Brunner. They are almost like her version of bracts. She just does it for the fun of it. Nothing wrong.

I agree - my Cl Cecile Brunner does that occasionally, to keep herself amused.
