What style will the room be? If contemporary, I'd go with blue for the mirror frame. If more traditional, I'd use the gold.

Somewhere in the middle of the two. So the bigger furnature will be more traditional so that it lasts longer and we don’t get bored of it or want to change it anytime soon.
