We’re at the end of a new house build, and it turns out a leak that was present in February, and supposedly fixed, is still there. We had water bleeding through a bedroom wall and also being flung out of a fan when it was turned on. It seems like the fan should be replaced, but any thoughts? My concern is we don’t know what kind of damage the water caused, even if it doesn’t present right away. Here’s a photo of the water splash since I can’t attach a video. Thoughts?
