What material is used for the rear of the home (surface)?

Love the detail here, and a great walkout condition. I see the stone and trimwork for the chimney was well thought out. What material is used for the rest of the rear? Is that stucco or another form of concrete?

Thank you for your thoughtful appreciation of the details! I'm glad you noticed the careful consideration put into the trimwork for the chimney. As for the rear, the materials used were a combination of stucco, fiber cement, smartboard, stone veneer, and wood.
