The included metal bases can be mounted to concrete or wood if necessary using appropriate hardware (purchase separately), but they will also support the fence with no additional hardware. This classic picket fence is designed to be a psychological barrier and should not be used to keep children or pets safe. Each panel includes a connector bracket to attach it to adjacent panels.
