“Roland is an extremely knowledgeable and creative landscape designer. He has maintained our beautiful backyard (originally designed by his father) since we purchased the home in January 2015. “I have used the services of Miles Barnard of South Fork Studio Landscape Architecture for probably over ten years and multiple projects in different towns. Miles created a private oasis with pool and full landscaping in the rear yard of an historic house that I renovated in Chestertown, MD as well as doing full landscaping design services for a 5 1/2 acre property on Broad Creek in Annapolis, MD. Miles was especially helpful in working with the county government to get me through the extensive permitting process required to build a new house in the Critical Buffer Zone along a body of water in Annapolis. Miles is a total professional with great design skills, knowledge of the industry and ability to get the job done and work with contractors, engineers and architects.”

I have an interior design business and I have referred clients to Amy's Garden Design services who have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, the creativity of the designs, the flexibility of the options and budgets with which they are able to work with, and most importantly work the quality, beauty and value of the garden work including the design of both hard and soft scapes. Another example of their professionalism and superior quality and service they have consistently provided was with the Catonsville's Chamber of Commerce who has contracted with Amy's Garden Design for the past few years to design, plant and maintain all of the planters throughout downtown thoroughfare. In addition, Amy's Garden Design offers a wide array of workshops related to gardening and plant related. I had the pleasure of participating in a workshop in which I lwft with an exquisite, customized, large indoor terrarium that has been thriving for several months.”

She was very thorough in her discussions with us, taking the time to learn about what we were looking for in terms of style, appearance, cost, and up-keep. She also happily designed to meet our jurisdiction's storm-water requirements related to the number, type, and spacing of trees. She easy to work with and we love the plan she designed.
