His attention to detail and thoughtfulness in his craft is top notch, and the people on his team are absolutely wonderful human beings. It was a delight to work with them and the stairs are gorgeous. Beyond his craft, he's also a great administrator. One of my biggest frustrations with contractors/wood working folks is how difficult it can be to find someone responsive & responsible. Kevin returns phone calls, started when he said he would, and could always be counted on to followup which makes a huge difference if you're working on a lengthy project.
