“I worked with Jessa at Loom when I was looking for some ideas to freshen up my west village studio. My apartment is very eclectic in terms of style and she was able to come up with some pillows and drapes from Loom that not only complimented what I already had going on, but made everything look better! “I really can't say enough great stuff about this company. I am a new construction home owner. I had no window coverings, at all. On short notice, Derek showed up to give me an estimate the night I called during the busy holiday season. He gave me sound advice and recommendations. I ordered plantation shutters throughout the house. The crew showed up the next day to put in temporary blinds until my new order came in. I honestly didn't think I'd appreciate that as much as I did. What impressed me most was the entire staff's customer service. Kimmie, was a pleasure to talk to. She gave me proactive updates on my order and its status. Chris and Joe were very courteous and professional throughout the entire installation. It is obvious that they want to make sure that you are nothing short of ecstatic about your purchase. I didn't shop around a lot, so I may have paid a little more than some other companies, but it was worth every penny for the customer service, guarantee and quality of work. Although they couldn't promise this, they managed to get my shutters installed before Christmas. Being that I had family coming for the holidays, that was a big deal. Thank you Brentwood Blinds for an excellent job!”

“My husband and I had been looking for just the right shades for our sunroom & kitchen, when a friend recommended David and "Made in the Shade of Clarksville". We are extremely pleased with the finished product. David makes the process so pleasant. I just called, gave him an idea of my needs and wants, and he scheduled a visit to my house at my convenience. He brought many samples, almost too many beautiful choices to make my selection. But David is all about patience and I couldn't be more happy with my selection in both quality and looks.
