How are the 4x4's attached?

This looks pretty easy to do. Can't figure out how the post boards are anchored.

    I'm not 100% sure but I think we used 8ft timber.

    You must have stained the 2x4's as they disappear in the shadows. Nice!

    The block used in the picture were pavestone rumbled wall stone. But there are other companies that sell similar products such as Belgard Weston wall and Unilock Brussels block.

    The tapcon screws were just drilled into the stone through the wood? I was thinking the stone would chip.

    I apologise but I'm a landscape contractor that comes up with ideas that I tell the customer about and they trust me to build what I envision. There were no drawn up instructions or plans for this. I just built it.
