“The service starts with the custom drawings and prices provided by their Washington office. They provide a price and drawing for your review in less then 24 hours in most cases. Upon acceptance it is about 5 weeks to have the door shipped across country to me. The doors are well crated and arrive in good condition. The product itself is well made and we have had little, if any issues with their workmanship. I have purchased well over 100 doors from this company. The California office has also provided us with technical support on their track and hardware systems whenever we have needed advice. I would recommend Ranch House to any dealer or homeowner and have their doors on my own home.”

“Okay so I called this place after a friend told me they had a cool new door. The operator was very nice and we set up an appointment the next day. I didn’t want to have just anything installed so I called ahead to explain what was wrong with the opener and the model so that they could bring in any parts. They told me they’d call me the same day to check in. Got the call and was told they would be arriving at 4pm. Ted was wonderful he listened to what I told him about the opener and did only what I asked him to even though the opener should be replaced. All I wanted was the parts. He fixed them fast and was easy to talk to. Five stars, good!”

“Had a minor emergency this past week. I was trying to pair my new car to my old garage. After opening and closing the door a few times it wouldn’t open again. Not knowing anything about garage doors, I googled the closest repair shop. No one at GDR picked up at first but they called me back a few minutes later. Within 40 minutes, one of their service men had already gotten to work. He had new springs ready to go and the repair was a breeze. And he helped me pair the remote to the door since it was giving me so much trouble before the spring even broke. Very courteous and professional. I've worked in customer service all my life and was impressed. Thanks again to GDR for all your help!”

“My torsion spring snapped yesterday morning. I called several companies for quotes and decided on ASAP Garage Door Repair Pasadena because they picked up immediately, were able to work on such a short notice, had good prices, and weren’t hellbent on upselling me the way a lot of the other companies I’d called tried to. Their guy got here right on time, was friendly, got right to work, finished the replacement fast, and did a run through of the system to check its parts. I was given the choice between the same type of springs the old ones were or to upgrade to the premium springs for slightly more. I figured why not and went with the higher quality ones. The tech explained what I should expect to maintain the springs and when I should next replace them. What sealed the deal was the three year warranty that they have on springs at no extra cost. Compared to the other companies I called, their rates were reasonable too. All in all, wonderful service at a good value. I’d highly recommend ASAP if you need new torsion springs.”

“I first had Mark come out to repair my garage door a few years back. He was great, I felt he was a real great tech. Yesterday I had a problem with my door so I went to my door to find the sticker to call them back. I called, I asked if I could have Mark again and they said he was out for the week. I was kin da bummed, but settled for whoever they had available at the time. Then another guy named Bill shows up. He was just as great as Mark, which shows that they only hire the best. Great standards for their technicians because these two guys are garage door pros. Love it. Will not be having anyone else touch my door besides their guys.”

“I had called around to local Garage door manufacturers and Installers to get some info on track systems and to purchase hardware. All I got were secretaries whom had no clue what I was talking about or said they would have someone call back, which never happened. I gave Brandon a call while going through internet local businesses and it was nice to actually speak to the installer direct and whom was also familiar with all the track systems and informed me on the best setup. He met up with me on the same day and was very helpful with answering my questions and supplying me with the Hardware I needed to complete my Huntington Beach Door Project. The name, Quality Garage Door, fits the type of Service, Craftsmanship, and Professionalism you will receive with Brandon. Thanks Brandon, I look forward to referring your services in the future.”
