“This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. “I highly recommend Venteicher Renovations! Raelene and Joe helped us create the home of our dreams! They have an amazing eye for detail and ensured our project was well organized and went smoothly. There was one cabinet stain color that didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted and they were kind enough to get them repaired after we wrapped up the project- that is unheard of in the world of renovations and contractors!! Joe and Raelene are very caring, honest, responsive and professional- we had a great experience with them! Raelene is also a designer with amazing taste, I found her expertise and recommendations invaluable during our build process. Before meeting them, I worked with a designer to create renders of what I wanted, and they executed everything perfectly! I am including some pictures below of the renders and final outcomes. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and couldn’t recommend Venteicher Renovations enough!”

“My husband and I hired Stan McWhirter in the autumn of 2014 to do an extensive remodel of our kitchen. We were so pleased with the work that was performed, we decided to have him remove all of our "1980's" decor from the rest of our home. That work included paneling removal and new sheet rock, new lighting, a total gut and remodel of a hall bath, restyle of our fireplace and all new flooring, to name a portion of the work. His crew was respectful and very accomplished in their work. All work was done in a timely manner, and on budget. I have recommended them to our friends.”

“I needed some siding and waterproofing repair done around my kitchen bay window, and Jonathan at Summit was great to work with from the beginning. He responded to my bid request quickly, and got the work scheduled right away. He showed up on time (a little early actually), and got the job done the same day. He seemed to really care about the finished product and making sure I was happy with it, and cleaned up everything and even hauled away material that wouldn’t fit in my trash bin. Definitely keeping Summit on my short list for future repairs and/or remodeling projects!”
