Rodger and crew have remodeled the entire first floor-- Kitchen, DR, LR, 2 Bathrooms and a master BR. Rodger has very good ideas, and is willing to accept a lot of input--I gave him a Houzz portfolio for my master bathroom, and it is my favorite room of all of his remodels--he used the portfolio to realize exactly what I had in mind. For all of my many projects, Rodger's crew came on time, communicated each day with me about the progress and explained thoroughly any delays or extra expenditures. While they may not be the "lowest bidder," the feedback I have received from others doing similar remodels is that most bids end up being off by 15-20%--this isn't true with Powell's Pro.
